Introducing the neighbor.

I have never seen her face to face before, but from time to time i can hear her yelling over the phone or to herself or something, when I'm in the hallway either coming home or leaving home.
She plays opera music really loudly during the day.
She also smokes a lot, and my front door is kinda crooked at the top, so the smoke comes into my apartment.
I mean, I smoke too, but damn, I don't like living in it.

Also, she is a "pigeon lady"!!!
There are always a ton of pigeons on the tree outside my window and on the fire escape.
Always wondered why, and today I decided to physically stick my head out of the window and see what was going on. And i see this long cup thing stick out of the neighbor's window and pour bird food into this dish.
She's feeding the pigeons!! Interesting............
They make lots of noise
